during hydrotherapy sessions Elizabeth takes the opportunity to educate. she plays documentaries and health DVDs, while you're lying on the table. this is the first DVD I watched and really want to share it with EVERYONE. there is so much food for thought out there, and it seems to be up to us to take our health into our own hands. it's a well produced film and really worth watching. you can view it online at http://www.foodmaters.tv/
for the past seven years John's aunt, Serena, has battled the virus Parvo 19. this is a debilitating disease, like chronic fatigue on steroids. she had visited specialist in England, where the symptoms began, New Hampshire and California. a doctor was never able to prescribe anything that resolved the symptoms completely, or eliminated the virus. on their last visit to Utah from California, Serena had a consultation with Elizabeth. Serena is now eating a vegan diet and feeling better than she has since her ordeal began. she writes about her journey here - a little more food for thought....
will have a great update for you all tomorrow! the end is in site for this phase of recovery!

Oh Mandee, please try to catch the movie Food, Inc. if it comes to town. It's really quite amazing & disturbing. It mau change the way you look at food forever. You might also like "The Future of Food". Both really in keeping with the journey you're on right now.
